The Cultivation
Supima® Cotton is a type of extra-long staple cotton grown in the United States. With an annual production of 450,000 bales, Supima® cotton represents 0.4% of total cotton production. Due to its exclusive characteristics, it is considered one of the finest cottons in the world.
Its technical features include strength, softness, and color retention. Additionally, Supima® cotton seeds are considered a more ecological choice, eliminating the need for artificial chemical pesticides or herbicides. Only natural-origin pesticides are used, carefully applied to the plants.
Machine harvesting with Pickers ensures the absence of fibrils or other materials, guaranteeing no contamination of the cotton fiber.

The Cotton Ginning
Cotton Ginning is a crucial phase in the processing cycle. During this stage, raw cotton is cleaned of impurities such as seeds and leaves using ginning machines that separate and open the fibers. This ensures the production of clean cotton fibers ready for the subsequent stages of yarn production.
The ginning facility not only cleans and separates the fiber from the stem but also recovers the seeds, which will be replanted in the next growing season.

Beste HUB, Italy
The making of the finished garment
The BesteHUB defines the processes for industrializing the craftsmanship typical of garment manufacturing. This approach aims to produce high-quality garments that reflect artistry and attention to detail, but on an economically sustainable scale within a mass-production environment.
By combining the best of tailoring techniques with modern technology and production methods, this approach ensures that the craft of sartoring and industrialization can be preserved for future needs, while also meeting the demands of an increasingly discerning market.
